The Brasa Grill Steakhouse would like to introduce our Executive Chef, Marcelo Fadul.  He has worked as a Chef at 4 Diamond restaurants in Spain and New York City.  Marcelo was born and raised in Brazil.  While he was in Brazil, he mastered the Brazilian cuisine. 

While growing up in Brazil, Marcelo picked up the culinary tradition called Churrasco.  Churrasco has been a culinary tradition for more than three centuries in Rio Grande do Sul (Southern Brazil).  This process takes select cuts of meats, prepares them over an open flame and then the meats are served as they have been for centuries, preserving the individual tastes of each tender cut. 

Marcelo is also a partner and Executive Chef at Marbella and Mallorca.
